The application proposed the demolition of existing buildings and structures and the erection of a five storey Ambulatory Diagnostic Centre including plant enclosure, associated vehicular and cycle parking, landscaping, and associated infrastructure. Objections included those to the height of the centre, its impact on historic views from Kew Gardens and Syon Park, increases in traffic and the impact on nearby residences. The application went to Planning Committee on 12 January and was approved with particular conditions.
