Planning Applications

Members can search for planning applications in the Isleworth Area on the Hounslow website: https://www.hounslow.gov.uk/info/20010/planning_and_building/2584/search_planning_applications

A new planning application for Charlotte House, Snowy Fielder Waye, Isleworth  is expected in late September. Anne Jackson, from the TIS Committee, attended the recent exhibition and consultation on its proposed development in July.

The new home will only have eight extra beds but all the rooms will be larger with their own en suite wet room. (64 as opposed to 56).  All bedrooms will be on floors 1 to 3.

There would be lots more circulation areas for residents. The proposed new building would be four storeys but only four metres higher than the current building with a flat roof rather than a pitched roof.

There would be a few more parking spaces at the home following the redevelopment.
